在今年夏天對博格巴最感興趣的是法甲豪門巴黎聖日耳曼，他們希望趁機低價簽下博格巴 。據西班牙媒體《馬卡報》報道 ，博格巴和巴黎球星姆巴佩的關係很好 ，大巴黎相信引進博格巴有助於說服姆巴佩留隊 。曼聯認為博格巴可能第二次離開球隊，並且已經把格雷茨卡視為替代人選 。
26歲的格雷茨卡是一位德國國腳，目前是拜仁的主力中場。不過格雷茨卡和拜仁的合同也是在明年夏天到期 ，此前有傳聞稱球員在續約談判時索要2000萬歐元年薪 ，這導致他和拜仁的續約談判陷入僵局 。如果無法和格雷茨卡續約 ，球員在明年夏天就有免費離隊的風險 。
拜仁新主帥納格爾斯曼明確表示希望格雷茨卡續約 ，而格雷茨卡本人也曾多次告知卡恩 、薩利哈米季奇等拜仁高層自己計劃長期留在拜仁 。但《太陽報》指出 ，如果球員和俱樂部無法在財務條款上達成一致 ，格雷茨卡依然可能離隊。除了曼聯之外 ，皇馬 、巴薩都對格雷茨卡感興趣 ，這位德國國腳並不愁下家 。
