在大連足球改革發展工作組的初步領導下 ，經俱樂部 、大连达成經紀公司和球員等多方的人官共同努力 ，就球員林良銘的良铭合約問題 ，各方初步達成一致 。回归合同有關細節雖還需逐步落實 ，训练但俱樂部出於對人才的问题愛惜保護 ，同時考慮到球員本人態度和歸隊意願，初步決定林良銘回歸一線隊 ，大连达成日前球員已歸隊訓練 。
俱樂部會繼續以真誠友好的態度，積極與相關球員和經紀公司進行溝通協商 ，相信在各方的積極努力下 ，所有相關問題最終都會得到妥善解決 。
