北京時間4月19日 ，难挡據外媒報道 ，球迷2022年卡塔爾世界杯的热情門票目前需求強勁 ，盡管球迷的卡塔住宿狀況令人擔憂 ，但球票需求量依舊十分火爆。尔世卡塔爾世界杯的界杯門票銷售有望超過2014年巴西世界杯 ，這也是售票是25年來觀眾人數最多的一屆 。
從今年1月到3月 ，量年國際足聯售出了80多萬張門票 ，最高收到了1700萬份購票申請 ，疫情賽事將於11月21日開始 ，难挡將在卡塔爾多哈附近30英裏內的球迷8個體育場舉行 。對於門票票價，热情卡塔爾世界杯小組賽的卡塔單場票價在105美元到210美元不等 ，而12月18日決賽的門票價格將在455美元到1100美元之間浮動 。
卡塔爾方麵屆時希望能吸引到120萬名球迷 ，但由於住宿條件不足 ，這項任務看起來將遇到很多困難 。卡塔爾官方預計將有85萬名海外遊客需要房間住宿，但卡塔爾最高委員會在接受美聯社采訪時表示 ，將有大約9萬間房間可供公眾使用。卡塔爾的許多酒店房間被整批預訂 ，以防止價格欺詐 ，他們還為球隊 、媒體和世界杯組織者留出住宿房間。
而根據報道表示 ，2026年世界杯將在加拿大、墨西哥和美國舉行 。本周早些時候 ，加拿大增加了溫哥華的B.C. Place體育場作為計劃主辦場地 ，埃德蒙頓、阿爾伯塔 、多倫多也可能會成為舉辦比賽的地方 。
