北京時間9月9日 ，郝伟山東泰山隊繼續在魯能足校進行訓練 ，足校总监战足按照安排 ，交流泰山隊本次足校集訓將於10日結束 ，青训泰山隊教練組與足校教練進行溝通交流 ，发展费莱返华這對球隊的尼日青訓發展也是一個利好消息 。外援方麵 ，可出費萊尼歸隊行程確定 ，协杯預計10日回到中國 ，郝伟一切順利可以出戰10月份的足校总监战足足協杯比賽 。
泰山隊9月6日抵達魯能足校進行集訓，交流一線隊的青训球員和部分預備隊的球員參加 。泰山隊的发展费莱返华大部分隊員都是出自魯能足校 ，本次重回濰坊 ，尼日可以說回憶滿滿。可出泰山隊在訓練的同時 ，也會和足校教練隊員進行溝通交流。魯能青訓的消息顯示 ，泰山隊主帥郝偉和足校技術總監西蒙進行溝通 ，一起探討青訓發展和青少年球員培養。
對於泰山隊來說 ，青訓是根本 ，每年都會有年輕球員從足校升入一線隊 ，這也是一支球隊發展的正確規律 。本次泰山隊一線隊教練球員回到足校交流溝通 ，這也是傳承和帶動 ，給了梯隊球員更多鼓勵 。9日 ，還有一個好消息傳來 ，那就是何小珂加盟薩瓦德爾U19A隊 ，球隊目前參加西班牙U19榮譽聯賽（最高級別） ，何小珂也爭取出場機會 ，進一步提升自己 。
何小珂是魯能泰山2004年齡段梯隊的核心 ，也是國青的隊長 ，他一直尋求前往歐洲效力，立足歐洲聯賽 ，魯能足校對他也很支持 ，期待他可以有更好發展 。其實對於球員留洋 ，魯能足校和泰山隊都是開放態度 ，足校的目標也是培養出能在五大聯賽立足的球員 ，並且一直在努力 。在中國足壇 ，魯能泰山是青訓的代表 ，如今出自魯能足校的球員遍布各級別聯賽 。未來 ，魯能足校依然會繼續堅持 ，這也是球隊發展的基礎和底蘊。
10月份的足協杯比賽，泰山隊在陣容不整的情況下 ，應該會有更多年輕球員得到機會 ，這也是他們提升自己的機會 。外援方麵，德爾加多、莫伊塞斯和賈德鬆正在跟隊訓練 ，費萊尼的歸隊行程基本確定 。據悉 ，費萊尼在間歇期先是回到歐洲治療傷病 ，如今傷勢恢複不錯 ，預計9月10日回到中國 ，經過隔離後 ，就可以參加訓練 ，足協杯的比賽可以出場 。足協杯正賽的首輪對決時間是10月16日 ，泰山隊還有超過一個月的訓練時間 。
