關於大家關心的转会专家自由徐新的合同問題 ，我在轉會市場網記錄的间歇是到2026年1月31日 ，實際合同為“1+4” ，期挖即2022年1月31日是身球一個合同期，後麵可以自動續約 。员正去年山東泰山和新援石柯、常但策徐新簽的需符协财都是這樣的合同，之前我也在微博解釋過（見圖） ，合足我之所以沒有在轉會市場網注明是转会专家自由因為轉會市場網最多可以記錄1+2這樣的條款，沒法記錄1+n(n>2)這樣的间歇條款 ，所以以條款最後時間做記錄了 。期挖
這類條款通常在第一個合同期結束後是身球可以由一方選擇不續約的 ，但通常會約定一個時間量，员正提前向另一方正式通知 ，常但策一般是需符协财個整數 ，例如10天，15天 ，30天之類 。昨天是1月21日 ，距離1月31日正好是10天，所以不少記者朋友昨天爆料徐新可能會離隊 ，我認為是有一定可信度的 。但因為轉會市場網不收集其他信息 ，因此我不知曉具體薪酬數字或具體觸發解約的條款 ，純為個人依據慣例的猜測 。
說到挖人 ，我倒覺得 ，賽季間歇期挖自由身球員是正常現象 ，衛冕冠軍成為眾矢之的挖角對象 ，也是理所當然 。職業球員在合法合規的情況下 ，按照自己的意願前往其他平台，更是職業球員的自由。但一切需在中國足協財務監管政策的限製下嚴格執行 。金元時代已經過去 ，不是說現在中超慘淡了 ，財務監管就可以放鬆了，應該更加嚴格，避免寡頭足球，重蹈覆轍 。
至於山東隊 ，我覺得 ，去年租出去的人組個隊 ，估計中超都能保級 ，沒必要擔心陣容深度問題 。江山代有人才出 ，一代新人替舊人 ，趁機調整薪資結構 ，以符合現階段聯賽市場水平 ，才是俱樂部健康運營的正道。
