北京時間4月3日 ，哈兰会面據《太陽報》報道 ，德经在結束西班牙之行後 ，纪人當地時間周五，曼城没哈蘭德的利物联經紀人拉伊奧拉開啟了英格蘭之旅 ，將會先後與切爾西 、浦切曼城、尔西利物浦討論哈蘭德的唯独轉會可能 。
當地時間本周四 ，哈兰会面哈蘭德的德经經紀人以及他的父親被拍到抵達巴塞羅那和馬德裏 ，意義不言自明 ，纪人正是曼城没與巴薩和皇馬談論哈蘭德的轉會可能 。而《太陽報》則報道稱 ，利物联還有另外三家球隊也會參與到哈蘭德的浦切轉會談判中來 。

雖然拉伊奧拉和老哈蘭德的巡回之旅鬧得沸沸揚揚 ，但多特體育總監佐爾克則表示 ：“我周三與拉伊奧拉通過話 ，我們表明了自己的態度 ，我們對於哈蘭德有長久的計劃 ，我們不需要去回應那些傳聞 ，我可以想象到他會和我們在一起很長時間 。”
