裏佐利這位意甲裁判的領導者已經離開 ，而前意甲名哨羅基會是意甲裁判新掌門人 ，來自意大利媒體《米蘭體育報》的消息稱 ，羅基認為VAR作為技術工具必須在有限的範圍內使用 ，正在擬定頒布新的裁判執法規則。
據悉 ，在新的執法規則中有一條這樣的規定 ，裁判如果在先做出判罰的情況下，再經由視頻助理裁判提醒 ，然後憑VAR推翻此前判罰 。那麽裁判將在與總負責人進行協商之後接受一定的處罰 。
這樣的做法有利於裁判大膽執法 ，並完全采用VAR 。但是也引發了一些爭議 ，如果在這樣的規則情況下 ，裁判確實誤判了 ，他還會依據VAR改判嗎 ？VAR有存在的必要嗎？
