沙迦當地時間26日晚 ，国足國足繼續前往沙迦俱樂部訓練場進行訓練，体能体外籍體能教練蘭姆接受了媒體的教练采訪 。蘭姆表示，队员度國足將士的有提體能情況有一些提高 ，同時他也認為 ，升长長期的期封封閉訓練 ，很難讓隊員保持專注度 。训难
蘭姆說 ：“我們一起集訓了一個月的保持時間 ，這種長期的专注集訓對我們隊伍的體能是有利有弊的 。有利的国足是 ，我們有更多的体能体時間和球員待在一起 ，有更多的教练時間給他們製定個性化的力量訓練 。我們可以對不同的队员度力量選擇不同類型的訓練 。不利的有提是長期集訓很難讓球員保持專注度 ，所以作為我們教練來講 ，我們的目標就是給球員安排一些有趣的 、激勵性的訓練 ，調整球員的狀態 。因為我們球員在國家隊的集訓之前就經曆了長時間的集訓 ，也適應了這種訓練和生活 。”
談到目前球員的體能狀態，蘭姆說 ：“我們在經曆了前兩場比賽之後 ，來到沙迦我們先進行了體能恢複，然後采取了高強度的力量訓練 ，使球員能夠達到下一場比賽的要求 。”
在被問到國足陣中誰是體能最好的球員時，蘭姆回答說：“我不想單獨去評論某一個個體球員的體能狀況 ，因為在不同的位置 ，對球員體能的要求是不一樣的 。比如說對於我們四個後衛來講 ，我們對他們的要求就是高速的奔跑能力 。比如王燊超 、王剛要求他們有很強的向前衝刺能力；蔣光太我們對他的要求就是力量要強 ，速度要快。金敬道 、武磊 、吳興涵他們擅長的就是高速奔跑和高強度奔跑；艾克森他力量很強 ，爆發力很強 ，總的來講不同位置對不同球員體能要求不一樣 。”
“在歐洲國家隊結束後會回到俱樂部進行聯賽 ，我們因為客觀因素，隻能用長期集訓來代替聯賽 ，這種模式有利有弊 。”蘭姆說 ：“歐洲杯這種比賽質量很高 ，需要球員有很多高強度的對抗和衝刺 ，我們的比賽中這種情況相對少一些，所以這也是我們追求的目標 。”
有記者問蘭姆目前球隊的體能情況是否達到預計目標 ，蘭姆並沒有作出明確的回答 。“體能積累需要一個過程 ，在兩周內我們通過體能訓練 ，讓球員體能有一些提高 。”（搜狐體育 裴力）
