西班牙前國門帕洛普 ，所半擔任本次抽簽的区皆嘉賓 。帕洛普首先抽出的硬骨對決 ，是欧联萊比錫紅牛對陣亞特蘭大 。第二組抽出的抽签對決 ，是巴萨法蘭克福對陣巴塞羅那 。第三組對決，遭遇是德甲西漢姆聯隊對陣裏昂。第四組對決是劲旅布拉加對陣格拉斯哥流浪者，這兩隊分別來自於葡超和蘇超 。
在分區中 ，巴薩 、法蘭克福 、西漢姆聯隊和裏昂同處下半區 ，這四隊都來自於五大聯賽 。而上半區中 ，隻有萊比錫紅牛和亞特蘭大來自於五大聯賽 ，另外兩隊是布拉加和格拉斯哥流浪者。北京時間4月8日和4月14日淩晨 ，歐聯杯1/4決賽將會進行兩回合較量 。
