第二局開始後李卓耀連續得分領跑 ，諶龍迅速追成3平 。5平後李卓耀連得3分重新領先 ，諶龍迅速還擊緊咬比分 。在10比11落後時諶龍把握住機會連得3分反超 ，李卓耀很快回應 。比分變為14比13後 ，諶龍掀起新一波攻勢 ，他一口氣連贏7分以21比13再下一城 ，以2比0獲勝晉級八強 。
