與中超長春亞泰隊熱身過後 ，国足中國男足於3月10日迎來1天的训练稀哲休息調整期 。據了解 ，重点转向主罚重任從11日開始 ，开始球隊備戰的定位等人重點將由強化體能儲備轉向完善技戰術細節 ，其中定位球演練將成為具體訓練內容的球张重中之重 。
9日下午 ，承担中國隊與亞泰隊進行了本期海口集訓的国足首場教學賽。在30名到隊球員中 ，训练稀哲共有21名球員先後在比賽中登場 。重点转向主罚重任除打滿全場的开始門將劉殿座 、中後衛朱辰傑 、定位等人分別替補登場20多分鍾的球张段劉愚 、巴頓外，承担其餘上場球員均分別踢滿了半場比賽 。国足
從人員安排來看 ，以戴偉浚 、童磊、張玉寧 、高準翼 、韋世豪、朱辰傑為代表的95後年輕球員占據了較大比重 。教練組培養年輕球員的用意也非常突出 。
由於本次集訓前半程 ，球隊以強化體能 、提升人員攻防硬度為主要訓練內容 ，因此訓練強度較上期上海集訓有了較大幅度的提高 ，隊員們近期也普遍感到疲憊 。
按照計劃，中國隊在9日與亞泰隊熱身後 ，還將於12日再次與亞泰隊交手，最後於15日與同在海口備戰的U23國足熱身 。也正是考慮到此前近一周全隊持續處於高強度備戰，教練組決定於10日為全隊放假1天 。
受疫情影響 ，全隊成員均留守駐地。包括吳曦、蒿俊閔 、徐新 、顏駿淩等主力在內的9名球員雖因“遲到”等原因而缺席了9日的熱身賽 ，但他們近兩天大多自覺分別前往健身房 、室外場地訓練。他們大概率都會在12日的比賽中亮相 。
中國隊將於11日重新投入到訓練之中 。而接下來幾天 ，中國隊的訓練重心將轉向技戰術細節的完善方麵。其中定位球戰術的演練是主要內容 。根據安排 ，張稀哲 、戴偉浚 、蒿俊閔將承擔接下來國足定位球主罰的重任 。
