升班馬浙江隊在迎回老將榮昊之後 ，杨笑依浓浙江隊在昨天還簽下了曾在廣州隊 、训沧深圳隊和廣州城都有過短暫效力的州雄“鋒衛搖擺人”張佳祺 。另一支升班馬梅州客家則是狮田簽下了國腳中場尹鴻博 ，自2013年離開廣東日之泉 ，加盟津门尹鴻博時隔9年重回廣東球隊 。唐淼天试天津津門虎則簽下了曾隨江蘇隊奪冠的杨笑依浓後腰田依濃 。
有消息稱 ，训沧合同到期的廣州城隊長唐淼（右後衛）和左後衛楊笑天正在試訓滄州雄獅。相比的廣州城一年一簽的續約條件，唐淼和楊笑天都有機會在滄州隊拿到一份時長久一點的合約。
