吳金貴表示 ：“巴索戈入選喀麥隆國家隊 ，对申這個消息在今天早上已經確定 ，影响作為主教練 ，全队非常高興能夠在球隊裏有這樣一名參加世界杯的吴金球員 。在早上俱樂部和我也都送上了祝福 ，贵巴在訓練前我們全隊隊員也給他送上了祝福 ，索戈送祝希望他在國家隊能夠有更好的离开表現 。”
“巴索戈離隊參加世界杯 ，对申對於球隊來說，影响肯定會受到一定的全队影響，大家知道巴索戈在申花隊的吴金攻擊線上是非常有能力的球員 ，給球隊也帶來了很大幫助 ，所以說能夠有這樣的世界杯球員，除了對球隊方麵的影響 ，我會更高興看到球員去參加世界杯。當然 ，球隊也會全力以赴一如既往 ，努力在每場比賽發揮出自己的水平 ，能夠打出我們的精氣神來 。”吳金貴說道 。
