為了更好的青岛備戰新賽季中甲聯賽 ，青島海牛隊於3月16日抵達濟南，海牛之前海牛與泰山隊一隊和U21隊進行了兩場教學賽 ，力争分別2-1和6-3取勝。年完
來濟南集訓之前 ，成冲超目青島海牛在廣東進行了5場熱身賽 ，标球取得了2勝1平2負的队新到位戰績 ，分別是外援是4比1逆轉長安競技 ，2比4不敵梅州 ，青岛1比0小勝濟南興洲，海牛0比0悶平長安競技和1比3不敵梅州 。力争其中在麵對中甲 、年完中乙球隊時保持不敗 ，成冲超目球隊總體上完成了以賽代練 、标球磨合陣容 、队新到位考察球員的目的 ，同時也充分鍛煉了年輕球員 。目前泰山青訓培養出的徐洋正在跟隨青島海牛試訓 ，這名老將也有望新賽季加盟青島海牛 。
青島海牛主教練殷鐵生告訴山東電視體育頻道記者 ：“球隊現在很穩定，這一點非常重要 ，我們希望通過全隊努力 ，力爭用三年時間實現衝超目標 。”據記者了解，目前青島海牛隊引援工作十分順利 ，球隊已基本確定了外援人選 ，就等新外援到隊。
目前在青島海牛隊中 ，上賽季跟隨球隊衝甲的老將姚江山和後衛王伯仁退役 ，肖智 、沙一博 、牟鵬飛 、杜文祥等有過中超經驗的球員 ，將成為新賽季球隊主力核心 。本次濟南春訓 ，老將薑寧由於傷病並沒有隨隊前來 ，不過他的傷病應該不會影響到之後的比賽 。
接下來 ，青島海牛將於24日下午與泰山隊再進行一場教學賽 ，之後球隊將返回青島。新賽季中甲聯賽按計劃將於4月30日開賽 。
