關於巴薩和德容之間的功荷故事也確實是相當奇葩 ，德容從上個賽季末尾就開始被拉波爾塔等球隊高層進行勸退 。兰巨轮换拉波爾塔更是星自薪＋明確告訴了德容 ，球隊新賽季沒有他的愿降位置了 ，希望他能夠盡快找到自己的儿萨下家。
但德容也是绝哈接受相當奇葩 ，遭遇到了巴薩欠薪1700萬歐元加上拉波爾塔想要通過法律手段解除他的维洗合約情況下 。他依舊是脑成拒絕了曼聯和切爾西的邀請 ，想要繼續為巴薩效力 。功荷他的兰巨轮换兒薩夢心態實在是讓人不得不佩服 ，本來以為德容不走人是星自薪＋為了討薪 。但現在看來德容也並不是愿降為了工資，目前西班牙媒體報道，德容已經決定和巴薩方麵商討新合約。
他決定自願降薪 ，放棄之前簽約的高工資待遇 ，然後他也接受輪換和競爭位置 。因為德容認為哈維是他的導師 ，他希望繼續為哈維踢球 。不得不說德容的洗腦戰術成功了 ，德容在如此遭遇下依舊指望哈維帶他走上巔峰 。所以現在連工資和首發位置都願意做出退讓 。隻要能夠讓他繼續在巴薩踢球 ，實現自己的兒薩夢就足夠了。
德容願意降薪之後 ，巴薩大概率是會留下來他了 ，不過在隊內他的地位肯定是不如巴薩嫡係球員 。未來大概率是要給佩德裏和加維打下手了 ，與其這麽憋屈在巴薩效力 。還不如早日前往切爾西或者曼聯成為球隊核心踢球舒服得多 。
