沒有了前兩天燦爛的沪媒陽光 ，即將迎來“斷崖式”降溫的国足長三角地區 ，一片陰雲密布 ，训练但是参照對已經“憋”了兩天的國足隊員來講 ，11月21日的中超這個下午 ，依然是节奏接幸福的，用一名隊員的帮球話說 ，就是员无“回到國內 ，回到熟悉的缝衔太湖訓練基地，腳踩到草地上的沪媒時候，心裏感覺踏實多了 。国足”
結束了12強賽與阿曼和澳大利亞隊的训练比賽之後 ，國足一行在18日晚上抵達位於蘇州的参照太湖太美香穀裏酒店 ，按照要求進行相關的中超隔離觀察之後，在21日下午進行了回到國內後的节奏接首次戶外訓練。
此前的兩天時間裏 ，教練組並沒有安排任何訓練內容 ，但是對即將在12月上旬迎來今年中超聯賽第二階段比賽的國足隊員來講，每天保持一定的訓練量也是他們的必做“功課” 。“回來之後 ，我在第一時間跟俱樂部那邊進行了聯係 ，除了把我這邊的情況跟教練匯報一下之外 ，也了解到了球隊最近的訓練情況，爭取做到心中有數 ，畢竟接下來就要打聯賽了 。”
按照要求 ，國足隊員將在蘇州進行為期兩周的醫學隔離觀察，然後是一周的居家隔離觀察 ，到12月8日左右解除隔離，返回各自俱樂部 。由於國足在封閉隔離期間無法安排熱身賽，除了針對此前六場12強賽中暴露出來的問題，進一步細化技戰術要求之外，教練組也會把體能強化以及狀態保持作為訓練重點 ，爭取讓隊員以最好的狀態回到俱樂部 ，打好第二階段中超聯賽 。
考慮到接下來的中超賽程比較密集 ，國足方麵接下來的訓練量也不會太大 ，而且訓練安排也會參照中超聯賽的比賽節奏，幫助球員完成從12強賽到中超的“無縫銜接” 。
