北京時間6月6日晚 ，利物英超豪門利物浦足球俱樂部宣布 ，浦官球隊與老將米爾納續約一年 。宣米续约薪留
2015年，尔纳米爾納加入利物浦 ，年球至今已為紅軍效力7個賽季 ，员降共為球隊出戰289場比賽 ，真爱攻入26球送出44次助攻 。利物期間 ，浦官米爾納幫助球隊贏得了英超聯賽、宣米续约薪留歐冠聯賽 、尔纳世俱杯 、年球歐洲超級杯、员降足總杯 、真爱聯賽杯等榮譽 。
根據此前的報道 ，雖然米爾納收到了英格蘭其他俱樂部以及國外球會的豐厚報價，但是他還是決定降薪留隊 ，而紅軍主帥克洛普也非常想留住他 。
在完成續約之後 ，米爾納接受采訪時表示 ：“我已經期待著和大家一起回來，重新聚焦比賽 ，再次出發 ，能成為更衣室的一份子真的太棒了 。”
