天津津門虎主教練於根偉日前在接受采訪時表示 ，于根员外援充希望引進的伟津球員對事業有更多的追求 ，而不是门虎满對其他方麵考慮更多 。
受王秋明到隊跟隨訓練 、内援楊帆有可能租借加盟的更多消息影響，津門虎新賽季陣容組建的考虑事情頗受各方關注 。於根偉表示 ：“我們今年考慮多引進U23以下的球确定甚至更年輕球員 ，讓球隊的于根员外援充年齡結構更趨於年輕化 、合理化 。伟津轉會市場看好的门虎满球員不一定能來 ，引進的内援球員也是要對事業有更多的追求 ，而不是更多說對其他方麵考慮更多 ，這種球員更適合這支球隊，考虑也是球确定我們所希望引進的目標 。”
對於外援引入的于根员外援充進度問題 ，於根偉說：“一直按部就班推動這項工作 ，因為疫情的原因 ，外援引進工作不到最後一刻 ，沒有登機 、落地 ，都有不確定性，所有手續都具備了，在登機前48小時核酸檢測一旦出現問題 ，還是完成不了這筆交易，所以我們現在比較謹慎。廣大球迷放心，我們在去年聯賽結束前就已經開始物色合適人選 ，進展比較順利 ，就等最後一刻能不能順利抵達 ，因為疫情緣故 ，歐洲很多航班還是熔斷的 。”
