北京時間2月14日 ，NBA官方公布了最新一期的30隊實力榜 。凱爾特人隊依舊高居第一位，掘金隊和雄鹿隊分列第2和第3 ，交易後的籃網隊跌至第10位 ，勇士隊下降到第16位 ，湖人隊排名第21位 。
具體排名如下 ：
1-5 ：凱爾特人 、掘金、雄鹿 、76人 、騎士；
6-10：灰熊 、熱火、國王 、獨行俠 、籃網；
11-20 ：快船 、尼克斯、太陽、老鷹 、森林狼 、勇士 、鵜鶘 、雷霆 、開拓者 、爵士；
21-30 ：湖人 、猛龍 、奇才 、公牛 、魔術 、步行者 、活塞 、火箭 、黃蜂 、馬刺 。
凱爾特人隊在過去一周取得了4連勝 ，而且連續在缺兵少將的情況下擊敗76人隊 、灰熊隊等強隊 。目前綠軍的戰績為41勝16負，高居全聯盟第一位，當家球星塔圖姆在MVP榜上也高居前三位。
雄鹿隊是近期聯盟狀態最火熱的球隊 ，他們已經取得了10連勝 ，創造了球隊本賽季最長連勝紀錄 。目前雄鹿隊的戰績高達39勝17負，僅次於綠軍排名東部第2位 ，比西部頭名掘金隊還要領先半個勝場 。
籃網隊近期連續完成交易 ，他們將歐文送到了獨行俠隊，杜蘭特也轉投太陽隊 。一番操作之後 ，全新籃網隊重新上路 。他們在上周僅取得了1勝3負 ，先後負於快船隊 、太陽隊和76人隊 ，擊敗的對手是公牛隊。目前公牛隊戰績為33勝23負 ，排名東部第5位 。
