德國傳奇球星馬特烏斯近日接受來了《米蘭體育報》的專訪 ，他表示穆裏尼奧現在已經“魔力”不再，现徒狂人已經不再是留名曾經的“特殊一個” ，現在陪伴著穆裏尼奧的气罗隻有名聲 ，而羅馬是教最他執教生涯最後的機會 。

足壇近些年湧現出了不少年輕的出色主帥，德國主帥納格爾斯曼便是其中之一 。馬特烏斯說道：“我不知道穆裏尼奧和納格爾斯曼誰更出色 ，球隊的成績顯然和教練擁有的球員有很大關係 。我感覺穆裏尼奧已經無法在球隊之中展現自己的魔力了，他無法與球員產生共鳴 。他們兩人的年齡差了25歲 ，納格爾斯曼和球員們的關係更加緊密 ，而穆裏尼奧和過去十年，甚至二十年相比 ，沒有什麽改變 。不過，我依然欣賞穆裏尼奧 。作為一名教練 ，我非常喜歡他在媒體前的表現 ，我依然祝福他能夠取得成功，這也是他最近幾個賽季所欠缺的。”
