劉洋 ，官方 1991年2月9日出生於安徽省蚌埠市 ，刘洋鲁能力泰出道於魯能青訓 ，加盟季效 場上司職後衛 。沧州出自出色的雄狮心理素質 ，以及優秀的青训身體條件使他成為球隊後防的保障 。2011年 ，上赛劉洋進入山東魯能泰山一線隊 。官方2014年轉會至武漢卓爾 ，2015賽季轉會至北京人和 ，2019年2月28日 ，劉洋轉會加盟天津泰達 。

“俱樂部滿滿的誠意以及穩定的規劃十分打動我 ，讓我最終選擇了雄獅俱樂部 。” 劉洋認為 ，一個穩定的環境往往更能夠讓球員更加安心地提升自己的球技 ，“去年的中超聯賽我就有在關注雄獅的比賽 ，我跟凱木從小就一起踢球 ，他對咱們隊的情況比較了解 ，還有邵鏷亮，我們倆曾經一起在魯能效力過 ，他也和我講了很多隊裏的情況 ，了解過後也讓我堅定了自己的選擇。”
同樣 ，團結和諧的氛圍對於球隊也是非常重要的因素 ，來到俱樂部以後劉洋感受到了球隊的溫暖與團結，讓作為新援的自己對環境不再那麽陌生 ， 新賽季的目標劉洋也和大家一樣 ，希望通過大家的努力，一起取得優異的成績 。
