新賽季中超聯賽第三輪角逐將於5月2日開始 ，中超执法而賽事組委會如約於賽前公布了本輪賽事的前轮裁判員選派信息 。值得注意的共名公布是 ，8名執法本輪賽事的新哨信息主裁判中，除70後“老哨”王哲與國際級裁判員張雷、赛前李海新外 ，裁判其餘5人均為去年、获俱今年湧現出來的乐部年輕“新哨” 。而截止到第二輪戰罷 ，中超执法沒有任何一家中超俱樂部就爭議判罰啟動申訴程序 ，前轮這從一個側麵說明 ，共名公布前兩輪賽事執法工作總體平穩。新哨信息這也為中國足協 、赛前職業聯盟籌備組進一步落實好聯賽裁判工作 、裁判培養優秀年輕裁判員平添了信心 。获俱
本周末，中超聯賽組委會公布了第三輪賽事裁判員選派信息 。其中 ，執法揭幕戰“廣州德比”的70後前國際裁判員王哲將擔任河南嵩山龍門與山東泰山比賽的主裁 。第三輪的焦點戰無疑是申花與海港之間的“上海德比” 。中國足協特派國際裁判員李海新執法本場比賽 。
值得注意的是 ，本輪除王哲、李海新及執法廣州隊與深圳隊比賽的張雷外 ，其餘5名主裁判均為去年、今年湧現出來的“新哨” 。而在他們當中 ，張曉晨 、牛明輝 、賈誌亮3人都是本賽季才首度以主裁身份執法中超比賽的 。來自北京的張曉晨繼執法上輪廣州城對陣重慶兩江競技的比賽後，本輪又將執法青島隊與廣州城隊的比賽。牛明輝 、賈誌亮則分別執法第三輪重慶兩江競技與滄州雄獅 、長春亞泰與武漢隊的比賽 。北京國安與大連人的比賽則由去年躋身中超執法隊伍的梁財偉執法 。天津津門虎與河北隊比賽當值主裁黃翼也是上賽季獲得中超執法資格的年輕裁判員 。
除以上幾人外 ，來自新疆的麥麥提江也作為新賽季中超主裁新人執法了第二輪長春亞泰與天津津門虎的比賽 。這樣算來 ，中超前3輪賽事 ，累計共有4名“純新哨”作為主裁執法 。據悉，截止到第二輪賽事結束 ，並沒有任何一家中超俱樂部就爭議判罰啟動申訴程序 。這說明 ，這兩輪賽事裁判員總體執法比較平穩 ，絕大多數判罰做到準確無誤 。雖然僅僅通過兩輪比賽，還無法對中超整體判罰工作給予客觀評價 ，但越來越多年輕裁判員的湧現 ，無疑有益於本土優秀裁判員隊伍陣容的壯大 ，也將在很大程度上推動裁判員內部的良性競爭 。據了解 ，賽事組委會賽前公布裁判員執場信息的做法 ，也得到了俱樂部方麵的總體認可。
