12月7日至11日 ，2022年世界羽聯世界巡回賽總決賽在泰國曼穀進行 ，中國羽毛球隊在5個單項中一共獲得8個參賽席位 。其中在男雙項目中，由於當今世界羽壇該項目競爭激烈 ，我校運動員劉雨辰與搭檔歐烜屹是唯一取得總決賽入場券的國羽男雙組合 ，本次總決賽中更是不乏印尼老將組合阿山/亨德拉 、馬來西亞世界冠軍謝定峰/蘇偉譯這樣的主要對手。經過組內的激烈對決，“劉歐”組合取得3場全勝戰績 ，最終與印尼老將“亨山”組合在決賽中相遇。劉雨辰與歐烜屹持續小組賽的穩定發揮，配合愈發默契 ，盡管首局對手快速進入狀態並曾一度占優 ，但“劉歐”組合及時調整 ，穩步追分 ，在打出一波連得6分的小高潮後將比分反超 ，以21:17拿下第一局 。第二局比賽二人越戰越勇 ，一度大比分領先 ，但在關鍵分上急於求成，失誤增多 ，被對方以21:19逆轉 。決勝局中，“劉歐”組合憑借在日常訓練中的充分積累 ，逐漸放平心態，耐心調動，再次上演連得6分的精彩反超 ，最終以21:12拿下第三局 ，獲得冠軍 。這是他們本賽季第5次打進決賽 ，拿下的第三個冠軍 ，劉雨辰更是成為繼李龍大後第二位與兩個不同搭檔問鼎總決賽的球員 。
縱觀本年度世界羽聯巡回賽戰績 ，劉雨辰在超級係列賽中同搭檔歐烜屹共獲得3金2銀，為備戰巴黎奧運周期起到了以賽代練、增強默契 、積累經驗 、熟悉對手的作用 ，同時鞏固了其二人作為國家隊男雙的頭號人選的位置。賽後 ，“劉歐”組合表示將認真總結，積極調整 ，為明年的重點賽事做好充分準備 。
