北京時間2月28日消息 ，谢峰训直日前北京國安隊結束了在昆明的满意明冬首階段冬訓 ，主教練謝峰在接受俱樂部官方采訪時 ，第阶段昆也對第一階段的言国冬訓進行了總結 。
謝峰表示 ：“因為在昆明這將近20天的安传訓練主要是一個體能訓練 ，還有力量訓練 ，控打再有一個就是谢峰训直結合球的一些小的對抗訓練 ，這幾方麵比較多。满意明冬從這段時間來看 ，第阶段昆特別是言国前兩周的時間 ，大家的安传訓練還是非常努力的 ，因為前兩周的控打訓練量比較大 。在最後一周我們也安排了一些比賽，谢峰训直了解了一下年輕隊員的满意明冬情況，看看他們的第阶段昆技術和特點。”
“經過這20天的訓練 ，從我教練的角度來看 ，球員們基本上達到了訓練的要求 ，而且都非常努力 ，尤其是年輕隊員 ，他們有他們自己的特點 ，我給他們提得最多的就是心理上 ，到了一隊之後 ，要放得開 ，有些球員到了一隊之後有些緊張 ，還有些約束 ，放不開 。再有一個就是我給他們開了一個會，給他們看了一些比賽錄像 ，在訓練中 、比賽中應該怎麽去做 ，而且也給他們年輕隊員更多的提出了在無球跑動和接應同伴還有腳下技術 ，這幾方麵的要求是比較多的 。”
“北京國安隊一直以來都是以傳控球打法為主 ，這是咱們的特點 ，所以說這點不能丟，這是很重要的，再有一個就是咱們的年輕球員在傳控球和個人技術方麵還是有所欠缺的，所以我們在老隊員休息的時候 ，安排年輕隊員去加練 ，包括一些射門訓練、傳接球訓練 ，像劉國博 ，他的頭球以前是很差的 ，但是通過這段時間加練 ，可以看出他是有一些進步的，在最後一場比賽裏他也進了一個頭球。”
對於未來的備戰計劃 ，謝峰也透露 ：“在結束昆明冬訓之後 ，我們有一個將近一周的休息時間，休息完之後我們就會去上海訓練 ，在上海的訓練也是以技戰術和身體訓練為主，可能在上海會多一些比賽 ，慢慢從傳接球訓練擴展到技戰術訓練。”（DD）
