與首堂訓練課一樣 ，李铁昨日淩晨訓練課的训练相较凶前15分鍾部分 ，國足通過短視頻平台為球迷直播，强赛求节抢更單個平台的严格在線人數在10000人左右 。本堂訓練課 ，奏更有傷在身的快拼郭田雨和王秋明單獨訓練 ，二人仍以恢複體能為主 。李铁張稀哲接受采訪時透露 ，训练相较凶相比起40強賽前的强赛求节抢更訓練 ，如今的訓練要求更嚴格 ，“他（李鐵）一直在強調 ，每個對手都更難踢 ，節奏也會更快 ，要求我們在日常訓練中提高自己的節奏 ，包括拚搶可能也會更激烈 、更凶狠。”
對於澳大利亞隊的情況 ，張稀哲認為雙方並沒有太多秘密，“我看了名單，就一個在悉尼FC踢球的 ，其他都是在海外踢球 ，比如中場的穆伊 ，我們也跟上港交手過幾次，比較了解，他也會把我們的情況跟澳大利亞國家隊說 ，這也是相互的 。”
張稀哲認為 ，正因為不少人經曆了上一屆的12強賽 ，這一次會更有信心，“上一次 ，因為國家隊很久沒有踢過12強賽了 ，大家心裏都沒有底。經曆過四年前的12強賽後 ，這一次大家會更有信心 。”
此外，國足新聞官車恒智透露 ，目前國足隊內氛圍良好 ，不少隊員在訓練之外的時間都會在聊天時探討對手的情況 ，進行信息交流 。
