十月即將結束了 ，广州廣州隊仍未集結 ，队大到期多人球隊繼續沒有任何消息靜得令人可怕 。主力但隨著時間的合约流逝 ，部分球員很快就將合同結束 ，成自其中最早到期的由身球員 ，便是续约性陣中的一大主力 。
據此前《足球報》透露 ，广州廖力生的队大到期多人合同在10月31日就到期，也就是主力說 ，明天就將是合约他合同的最後一天 ，如果不續約 ，成自到了11月份他就將成為自由球員 。由身
在《德轉市場》的续约性資料中 ，也顯示相同的广州情況 ，10月的最後一天 ，便是廖力生合同到期的日子 。可是在如今球隊前途未定的情況下 ，續約問題恐怕先得放在一邊了 。以廖力生的能力和經驗 ，相信不會缺乏追求者 ，不過如果廣州隊能渡過難關 ，相信他還是首選留在家鄉踢球。
本賽季在保利尼奧離開的情況下 ，廖力生迎來了扛大旗的機會 ，他也獲得了近年來最多的出場機會 ，目前一共出場11次並時隔四年多之後再次為廣州隊進球 。作為隊中為數不多的廣東球員 ，他一直深得本土球迷厚愛 ，未來大家都希望“廖克漢姆”能繼續身穿廣州隊球衣 。
至於其他球員當中 ，也有不少人是12月份合同到期 ，像鄧涵文、梅方 、黃博文等 ，從目前來看續約的可能性也不大了 。但對於球隊來說 ，本土球員的薪金支出隻是占小部分 ，真正的薪金壓力在於歸化球員 ，早前名記白國華就透露過 ，歸化球員的薪金占了全隊的一半 ，想要接手球隊的企業 ，至少要準備25億 。
加上國足在世預賽上的節節敗退，讓歸化球員的處境更加尷尬 ，如何把他們分流就成為了廣州隊和中國足協的共同問題，明年冬窗，或許我們要連唱好幾次“講不出再見” ，隻要能保住球隊 ，其他犧牲也在所不惜了 。
