盡管之前廣州的中超重启疫情出現波動 ，球迷也擔心廣州賽區繼續承辦中超聯賽是否會有困難 。從目前了解的信息來看 ，中國足協並沒有將中超從廣州賽區移走的動議 ，而且短時間內其他城市接中超這樣的大型賽事並不容易 。基於廣州賽區已經承辦了中超前五輪賽事 ，廣州的疫情也得到有效控製 ，因此廣州賽區有望繼續承辦中超 。
上周廣州賽區方麵曾與中國足協進行過溝通 ，從國家隊解除隔離的時間節點來看 ，中國足協會給國腳們一周左右的時間休整和隨各俱樂部隊合練 ，也就是說 ，如果廣州疫情控製住 ，中超球隊有機會在7月15日左右抵達賽區 ，7月17日或18日中超聯賽有望重啟 。
不過 ，一切安排還要等中國足協與各個中超俱樂部溝通後才能作出最後決定 ，而廣州賽區也為繼續承辦中超做了很多預案 ，尤其是在疫情防控方麵 。
目前各方都在對可能存在的情況進行研判 、協調 ，隨著時間的推移 ，到7月10日左右會有明確的方案 。
