北京時間10月12日，卡纳在帶領廣州隊完成本賽季中超第一階段比賽後，瓦罗韦世卡納瓦羅突然與俱樂部解約。谈何近日在接受廣東廣播電視台體育頻道節目的豪相采訪時 ，他回顧了自己帶隊期間的处直“秘密”，表示自己與韋世豪這種個性球員相處沒有什麽秘訣 ，言高洋全靠自己的准翼足留真實和真誠。在點評目前隊內誰有機會留洋時 ，技术卡納瓦羅談到了高準翼 。卡纳
談到隊內譚凱元 、瓦罗韦世吳少聰 、谈何楊立瑜等球員 ，豪相卡納瓦羅表示 ：“並不存在什麽秘訣 ，处直主要是言高洋刻苦的訓練和認真的工作 。可能大家認為我比較年輕，准翼足留沒有什麽經驗 ，但這可能恰恰是我跟其他一部分教練的區別 。有很多大牌教練來到中國的時候，已經是職業生涯的末期 ，或者已經在其他國家證明過自己 ，來到中國單純就是度過時間 。憑借之前取得的成績 ，已經可以在中國按照既定的東西去試試 。我的不同也是在這些地方 。我自己比球員想要提高的欲望可能更強烈 ，關注的地方更多 ，不僅僅希望自己變更好 ，也希望俱樂部 、每個球員都變得更好 。”
作為年輕教練 ，與隊內球員保持順暢的溝通尤為重要 ，記者特別問及隊內最有個性的韋世豪 。“不可否認 ，韋世豪是天才型球員 ，這就是我們說的天才 ，是具有天賦的球員。我用真實打動了他 。會告訴他 ：’你的位置上或者前麵都有很多外援或者歸化球員踢相似的位置 ，如果你想獲得比賽的機會，就必須要在訓練中向我證明是可以完成給你的任務的 。隻要能完成 ，能證明 。我可以保證能獲得比賽機會 。’韋世豪平時在比賽中、訓練中完成了 ，我就確實給了他機會 。當然他也取得了很不錯的成功 ，更多的還是因為我的真實 ，讓韋世豪對我更加尊重 ，我也會尊重他。不僅是韋世豪，我和鄭智 、艾克森在一起都是非常真誠的 ，會把自己的想法 、球隊的情況誠懇地告訴他們 ，一起討論該怎麽做。”
卡納瓦羅還談到了隊內幾位也非常具有天賦的球員 ：“嚴鼎皓如果沒有遭遇重傷 ，他現在應該入選國家隊踢世預賽。鄧涵文來到廣州之後 ，他的位置一直是張琳芃 。張琳芃的身體具備在歐洲聯賽效力的條件 。目前來說 ，高準翼的技術具備前往歐洲效力 ，在歐洲的比賽強度和拚搶等要遠遠高於中超 ，高準翼可以適應 。”
