本場比賽盧卡庫唯一有威脅的一次進攻是在第75分鍾 ，當時盧卡庫在禁區左側射門被對方門將撲出，隨後齊耶赫補射將球打進。但VAR回放確認盧卡庫越位在先 ，這個進球被判無效 。整場比賽盧卡庫的數據統計為6次傳球4次成功、0次關鍵傳球 、0次傳中 、0次過人、0射門、2次地麵對抗均失敗 、2次空中對抗均失敗 、2次犯規 、2次越位 、2次丟失球權 。
盧卡庫上賽季在意甲打進24球，幫助國米奪得意甲冠軍。去年夏天切爾西花費重金簽下盧卡庫，但本賽季至今為止盧卡庫在英超出場17次隻打進5球 ，還曾在去年12月接受采訪時公開質疑主帥圖赫爾並表態想回國米 ，引發切爾西球迷們的不滿 。如今盧卡庫在本場比賽表現再創新低 ，可以說切爾西的這筆重金引援沒有取得應有的效果 。
