營造濃厚的元宵節日氛圍
熱熱鬧鬧慶祝元宵佳節的同時
讓市民遊客感受
瓊山的深厚曆史文化底蘊
提前謀劃 確保安全
為了確保活動安全順利進行，瓊山區提前謀劃，製定了《瓊山區2023年元宵節安全保衛工作方案》 ，成立元宵節安保指揮部，下設組織協調組 、安保指揮係統建設組等工作組 ，並抽調武警 、公安、交警 、消防等部門組成安保力量 ，按重點部位 、重點路段巡查防控和機動應急進行布置安排 。加強實時視頻指揮調度力度 ，架設50組高音喇叭 ，提前播放禁燃煙花爆竹公告和倡議書 ，在各個活動分會場人流密集地共設立11個誌願服務點 ，采用“急救誌願者+普通誌願者”的模式 ，發揮新時代文明實踐誌願服務精神 ，全力配合做好節日期間的各項服務保障工作 ，讓市民遊客過一個平安祥和的元宵佳節 。
部分區域實行交通管製
元宵節當天 ，瓊山轄區交通管製區域包括：紅城湖路以南（不含紅城湖路） 、朱雲路以東（含朱雲路）、高登街以北（不含高登街） 、瓊州大道以西（不含瓊州大道）閉合區內的道路。交通管製時間為 ：2023年2月5日16:00開始，結束時間根據現場具體情況而定 。
