將近10分鍾的比賽時間被浪費 ，曼薩諾卻隻補時了4分鍾 ，這個決定顯然傷害了巴薩。在比賽最後階段 ，巴薩已經對皇馬形成了圍攻之勢。如果曼薩諾給出正常補時的話 ，巴薩很有希望再次取得進球 ，並且徹底改變爭冠形勢 。
因傷缺席此役的皮克 ，賽後第一時間就找曼薩諾就補時太短進行抗議 ，兩人的對話被《GOL》曝光 ：
“你怎麽能這樣 ？你隻補時了4分鍾 ，還有換人時間呢 ！”皮克非常憤怒。
曼薩諾笑著應對 ：“是 ，是，我知道我知道 。”
曼薩諾的態度讓皮克很不滿 ，皮克繼續抱怨 ：“這太離譜了 ，我很認真的在與你溝通……”
最後，皮克的“認真溝通”，使得他在球員通道內被曼薩諾出示了一張黃牌 。
