北京時間5月12日消息 ，中超中超官方發布關於河北足球俱樂部裁判申訴的官方果裁評議結果通報 。
2021賽季中國足球協會超級聯賽第4輪，通报5月10日 ，河北場序29 ，队申河北隊與上海申花的诉结诉比賽後 ，河北足球俱樂部對當值裁判組的判判一次判罰提出異議 ，來函提出申訴 。罚正
收到河北足球俱樂部申訴函後，确申中國足協、予支職業聯盟籌備組第一時間啟動了評議程序 。中超由9名裁判專家組成爭議判罰評議組 。官方果裁評議組成員在線觀看視頻後，通报發表個人評議意見 ，河北由專人記錄 、队申統計 、匯總並形成評議報告 。評議報告現已反饋俱樂部 。
該場比賽進行到82分鍾，上海申花8號隊員在本方罰球區內與河北隊15號隊員爭搶球的過程中 ，雙方身體接觸 ，15號隊員摔倒在地 ，比賽繼續進行 ，VAR未介入 。河北隊申訴認為：上海申花8號動作構成犯規 ，應被判罰點球。
通過分析視頻 ，評議組中6名成員認為 ，河北隊15號隊員對隨後可能發生的身體接觸是有準備的 ，在接觸前 ，15號隊員已經向前跨步 ，重心前傾 ，隨後守方8號隊員右手接觸到15號隊員左肩的力量輕微 ，並且8號隊員已經在控製自己的身體 ，試圖避免與對方的接觸 ，隨即由於慣性接觸到對方 。依據本賽季職業聯賽統一尺度的要求 ，結合足球比賽規則的理念與精神 ，該次接觸不構成犯規 ，裁判員臨場判罰決定正確 。
此外，評議組中3名成員認為 ，上海申花8號隊員右手草率地推人犯規 ，造成15號隊員倒地 ，應判罰球點球 。
綜上所述 ，最終評議結果為 ：不構成犯規 ，比賽繼續，裁判員臨場判罰決定正確 ，VAR不介入正確 。故對河北足球俱樂部本次申訴不予支持 。
經過評議組評議 ，當值主裁判作為年輕裁判 ，本場比賽總體表現良好。感謝河北足球俱樂部對於裁判工作的關心 、理解與幫助 。
