2000年11月至2001年4月張恩華曾被租借到英甲的家格格林斯比隊 ，他曾是比镇當時隊內薪水最高的球員 ，張恩華出場17次，发文打進3球，悼念2次當選全場最佳 ，幫助球隊成功保級 。
