西班牙當地時間3月4日 ，巴萨巴塞羅那俱樂部官方發表公告：隊內後防中堅皮克右膝內側副韌帶扭傷 。官方公布而西班牙媒體預計皮克至少休戰3周 ，皮克曝至未來無緣歐冠對陣巴黎聖日耳曼的伤情少休次回合比賽 。
皮克此前在國王杯半決賽次回合對陣塞維利亞的战周战巴比賽中發揮出色 ，常規時間打進1球幫助巴薩讀秒扳平比分 ，无缘最終進入加時賽逆轉對手 。巴萨但是官方公布在加時賽中 ，皮克曾經有一次轉身變向傳球時出現意外受傷，皮克曝至當即皮克坐在地上捂著右膝 ，伤情少休經過隊醫治療後又重新回到場內。战周战巴《世界體育報》透露 ：皮克賽後立即接受了檢查，无缘排除了舊傷複發的巴萨可能 。
此前皮克曾經在去年11月聯賽對陣馬競的官方公布比賽中遭遇右膝內側韌帶和前交叉韌帶受傷的悲劇 ，甚至一度休戰了3個月。皮克曝至此次皮克則是右膝再次受傷，但好在並不是舊傷位置出現問題。否則膝蓋韌帶同一部位頻繁受傷 ，這可能會對球員的職業生涯有嚴重影響 。
不過皮克未來依然要休戰至少3周，這就意味著巴薩鐵衛將無緣歐冠對陣巴黎聖日耳曼的次回合比賽 。此外還要缺席聯賽客場對陣奧薩蘇納 、皇家社會以及主場對陣韋斯卡的比賽 。
近期巴薩的國內賽場成績不錯 ，國王杯逆轉打進決賽 ，聯賽一路追分 ，目前多賽1場落後馬競5分 。而皮克受傷可能會對巴薩孱弱的後防再次造成打擊 ，此前朗格萊和烏姆蒂蒂的發揮已經被很多人不斷詬病 。不過巴薩球迷最擔心的是皮克缺陣後 ，PSG的瘋狂進攻會將次回合比賽再次打出大比分 ，巴薩連續4年遭遇慘案出局。
