其實格拉利什加盟曼城的拿下消息，在今日早間已被《太陽報》披露 ，格拉官宣但是欧洲鑒於《太陽報》的“廁紙”屬性 ，因此很多人都隻把其當作茶餘飯後的杯后消遣 。而今《每日郵報》 、英媒亿镑《ESPN》、《talkSPORT》等媒體齊齊爆料 ，那麽相信這筆交易就不會是空穴來風 。
據悉 ，曼城將為格拉利什砸出1億英鎊的天價轉會費，維拉隊長將成為英超引援紀錄的新保持者 。在此之前，英超的轉會費紀錄是由博格巴保持的，在其從尤文回歸曼聯時 ，紅魔向斑馬軍團支付了8900萬鎊的轉會費 。
《每日郵報》還透露 ，在拿下格拉利什後 ，曼城主帥瓜迪奧拉仍不滿足 ，西班牙教頭的下一個目標將是熱刺當家哈裏-凱恩 。而就在今天上午 ，媒體還報道，由於熱刺的誓死抵抗 ，曼城和瓜帥已經接受了今夏無法簽下凱恩的結果 ，但依然會在明夏繼續求購 ，而屆時凱恩與熱刺的合同隻剩下兩年 。
