本周三 ，曼联命滕曼聯與滕哈格之間又近了一步 。已通员任预计據《鏡報》的知球战阿之后獨家消息 ，曼聯已經向球員們通知了任命滕哈格的哈格消息，而官宣荷蘭教頭的森纳時間也已經大致敲定。
《鏡報》透露 ，官宣曼聯球員們已經被告知 ，曼联命滕滕哈格將成為紅魔的已通员任预计新任主帥 。而官方消息 ，知球战阿之后預計會在周末與阿森納的哈格比賽之後 。無論周末比賽的森纳結果如何 ，對於剛剛0-4慘敗於利物浦的官宣曼聯來說，任命滕哈格的曼联命滕消息 ，都將會是已通员任预计一針強心劑 。
此外 ，知球战阿之后《鏡報》還表示 ，曼聯與阿賈克斯，終於就賠償金的問題達成了一致 ，紅魔將支付250萬英鎊的賠償金 ，將滕哈格和他的助手Mitchell van der Gaag打包帶到曼聯 。
而在敲定滕哈格的同時 ，曼聯也在著手重組俱樂部的架構，首先迎來巨變的就是球探部門 。據悉 ，2005年加盟曼聯 ，從2014年起就擔任首席球探的Jim Lawlor離任 。同時離任的 ，還有管理全球球探的Marcel Bout 。而在滕哈格到來之前 ，足球總監John Murtough和技術總監弗萊徹 ，將著手處理曼聯內部的架構調整 。
