北京時間3月15日上海申花召開新援見麵會 ，买菜6名新入隊球員正式與媒體和球迷見麵。申花瘦身見麵會上 ，工作董事長吳曉暉也表示 ，结束加盟申花新賽季的启动球員引進工作已經結束 ，接下來還需要完成的钒或是球隊瘦身的工作 。目前部分球員已經有了比較明確的成都下家 ，其中朱建榮已經確定新賽季將繼續為青島隊效力 ，蓉城而劉若釩則有可能租借加盟成都蓉城隊 。买菜
吳曉暉在新聞發布會上表示，申花瘦身除非特殊情況 ，工作申花本賽季的结束加盟引援工作已經結束 ，接下來球隊需要瘦身，启动“我們要把很多年輕球員送往適合他們的钒或平台 ，讓他們有更多的成都發揮空間。兩三年後 ，他們得到鍛煉回歸之後 ，未來的申花才能長盛不衰。”
新聞發布會之後 ，申花進行了公開訓練課 ，蔣聖龍、孫凱 、陳釗和劉若釩都沒有出現 ，他們外租的可能性非常大 。有消息稱 ，上賽季租借天津泰達的劉若釩新賽季將為成都蓉城隊效力 ，劉若釩本身就是四川人 ，新賽季返回家鄉球隊效力 ，相信他能夠獲得更多的發揮空間 。成都蓉城本賽季誌在衝超 ，整體投入不亞於部分中超球隊 。
此外朱建榮新賽季仍將繼續為青島隊效力 ，蔣聖龍和孫凱此前有傳言稱 ，將作為阿德裏安交易的一部分被租借到重慶當代隊效力 ，但尚未得到官方的最終確認 。（搜狐體育 裴力）
