北京時間1月1日消息 ，昨日深足官方宣布了外籍主帥卡洛斯的章洙離任 ，目前球隊暫時由張效瑞帶隊 。将成记稍晚時候 ，深足善于足球報記者李璿也在個人社交平台上透露 ，新帅需整李章洙將成為深足的球队新帥。
李璿寫道：“不出意外，曝李李章洙指導應該就是章洙下一任深足主帥了 ，當年帶過恒大的将成记他 ，還是深足善于比較善於帶這種需要整合的球隊，這種球隊的新帅需整特點是 ，主力球員都是球队引進重組的 ，各有能力和特點 ，曝李個體都挺強 ，章洙需要這種管理和整合能力強的将成记教練 ，增強凝聚力 ，把這些強的個體變成一個整體 。當年的恒大就是這樣的 ，老李帶隊帶的不錯 。 ”
對於深足目前的代理主帥張效瑞來講，現階段就是需要提升自己 ，他本人也表示 ，帶領深足就是要多學習 ：“我現在還是積累自己，有機會就全力以赴 ，給自己創造更多的機會 。”不過他也有一顆要當主教練的決心 ，他表示 ：“首先感謝俱樂部 、感謝集團有這個機會 ，讓我以代理主教練的身份帶隊 。現在我就是全力以赴學習 ，豐富自己 ，給自己創造更多的條件 ，有機會的話 ，能當主教練是更好了。”
值得一提的是 ，李章洙曾在12月初被曝來華 ，當時曾有傳言稱其是來接替李霄鵬執教武漢隊，不過隨著李金羽的上任 ，傳言不攻自破 。如今李璿透露李章洙將上任深足，很可能他此前來華就是與深足協商加盟事宜。（DD）
