現代足球的踢完太發展和很多跨領域項目有著密不可分的關係 ，能夠迅速幫助球員身體恢複的快乐方法都可以借鑒和使用 。《太陽報》透露 ：英格蘭隊在最近正在參與一個新的足球做快瑜伽項目 ，以此來拉伸肌肉完成身體恢複工作 。乐瑜
三獅軍團的伽狮訓練基地出現了一個大大的充氣房間 ，球員們走進房間後 ，军团可以感受到空氣中彌漫著薰衣草 ，恢复橙子的手段味道 。而昏暗的踢完太環境裏播放著令人放鬆的音樂 ，室內的快乐溫度恒定為37攝氏度 。
一位英足總的足球做快康複人員在這個充氣房間裏指導球員們完成一係列瑜伽動作 ，這個瑜伽項目叫做“Hotpot” 。乐瑜《太陽報》刊登的伽狮照片中 ，芒特和明斯在完成訓練後 ，军团走出充氣房間哈哈大笑 。恢复昨天斯特林 、斯通斯和凱爾-沃克等人也接受了這個新興的瑜伽訓練項目 。
而介紹這個瑜伽項目的負責人表示 ：“球員過去經常在賽後喝幾杯啤酒來放鬆 ，但這支英格蘭隊隻專注於奪冠 。他們在極端高溫的情況下踢完了和克羅地亞的比賽，在身體和精神上都需要恢複 。瑜伽被認為是肌肉恢複的優秀的輔助手段 ，我們創造了一個輕鬆的環境 ，讓球員可以放鬆身心 。”
英格蘭隊在2018年俄羅斯世界杯期間就利用瑜伽手段來完成身體恢複訓練 。三獅軍團主帥索斯蓋特也經常嚐試將新興事物帶到球隊中 ，隻要能否放鬆球員精神就都可以考慮。所有人都沒忘了英格蘭隊當年在泳池裏嬉戲打鬧的場麵，現在又有了快樂瑜伽 。
