北京時間11月17日淩晨 ，世預賽亞洲區12強賽第六輪 ，记者级世界杯中國隊1-1戰平澳大利亞隊。李铁理论賽後 ，超长國足主帥李鐵出席發布會耗時32分鍾 。发布放晋央視記者王楠認為，绪释希望這是尚存李鐵情緒上的一種釋放 。
談到發布會的央视過程 ，王楠表示 ：“這個發布會是记者级世界杯我印象中 ，李鐵上任後曆時最長的李铁理论發布會 ，帶給我的超长一個感受是 ，李鐵非常希望通過這個發布會來展示他心裏的发布放晋一些想法和他非常想說的一些觀點和問題 ，與此同時也是绪释希望他的情緒上的一種釋放 。”
“戰平阿曼和澳大利亞隊之後，尚存中國隊晉級世界杯理論尚存 ，央视雖然這種概率非常小 ，但這兩場比賽中中國隊都有進球，並且拿到了2個積分 ，盡管依舊排在小組第5位，但中國隊還是取得了一定的進步 。”
王楠繼續說道 ，“不管怎麽說 ，中國隊在今天的比賽中 ，場上所有的隊員做到了像隊長吳曦所說的更加勇敢，不僅是場上的侵略性和搶斷 ，更多的是內心的勇敢 ，今天我們看到了代表國足第二次出場的徐新在中場非常良好表現 ，另外也看到了洛國富 、艾克森和阿蘭在前場的配合 ，洛國富打了比上一場更長的時間 ，而且他的防守 、他的精神和血性依然帶給我們非常深刻的印象 ，另外在這場比賽中，不管是中場和後防線我們都看到了亮點 。這也是到現在還有非常多朋友關注國足的理由 。”
最後王楠表示 ：“接下來中國隊將乘坐明天晚上的包機回到國內 ，先在蘇州進行防疫隔離 ，隨後在上海進行社區隔離 ，隨後就要回到各自俱樂部參加聯賽 。接下來國足還有4場比賽 ，不管怎麽樣在後麵的比賽中 ，我們依舊可以希望看到中國隊的進步，與此同時也希望看到有新鮮血液和年輕的球員給中國隊更多的活力 。”（富奇）
