“誰會是没出歐洲杯上最出色的比利時球員 ？這還需要問嗎 ？大家都知道肯定是我啊 。”阿紮爾笑著回答 ，阿扎“如果我沒上 ，尔比那就是利时卢盧卡庫 。如果我上了 ，最佳那肯定就是肯定库我啊 。”
在2018年世界杯中 ，没出阿紮爾的阿扎確是比利時表現最出色的球員 。但如今的尔比阿紮爾 ，早已遠遠不是利时卢比利時隊內最佳了。在本賽季中，阿紮爾受傷過於頻繁 ，他在皇馬的表現慘不忍睹 。從團隊角度來看 ，阿紮爾本賽季迄今為止仍然顆粒無收 。在歐冠 、國王杯和歐超杯中 ，皇馬目前沒有任何冠軍入賬 。在聯賽還剩2輪的情況下 ，皇馬落後馬競2分排名第二 。
