中國電視劇品質盛典是赵心指上海電視劇製播年會 ，是受邀视剧盛典國內電視劇行業最重要的盛會之一 ，於2016年創辦 。参加來自全國廣電係統、年电電視台 、品质數百家影視公司的赵心千餘名嘉賓在此間以展開了深入討論 。作為係列活動之一 ，受邀视剧盛典5日晚間舉行的参加2019電視劇品質盛典同樣引人矚目 。現場群星雲集 ，年电星光閃耀 。品质
趙心是赵心中國傳媒大學的優秀畢業生 ，並曾赴美繼續深造表演專業 。受邀视剧盛典作為一名年輕的参加演員 ，趙心十分熱愛表演 。年电每一次的品质拍攝對趙心來說都不隻是工作，更是一次觀摩和學習 。她每次都會向共事的前輩和導演虛心請教 。在學習和實踐中 ，趙心的台詞功底和演技都不斷提高 ，先後參演了《橙紅年代》 、《讀心》 、《天下無詐》等多部衛視 、網絡熱播劇 。
