北京時間3月23日本來是中国足协知南执行仲裁至追職業聯賽公布準入名單的截止日期 ，但是已通因為種種原因 ，職業聯盟最終放棄了官宣參加俱樂部名單 。通支與此同時也有多名球員通過社交媒體發聲，相关向俱樂部討要拖欠的将遭加处薪水 。對此中國足協紀律委員會相關人士在接受采訪時表示 ，中国足协知南执行仲裁至追有關單位和個人在合同商談時 ，已通應該注意保留好證據 ，通支“對於拒不履行足協裁決的相关俱樂部，足協將根據紀律準則規定 ，将遭加处進一步作出罰款扣分等追加處罰 。中国足协知南执行仲裁至追”
23日下午 ，已通前南通支雲球員祝一帆通過社交媒體發生 ，通支稱2019年至今在南通支雲俱樂部從未準時領取過工資 ，相关“雖然中國罪惡的将遭加处仲裁判決已經下來了，但兩個多月過去了，南通支雲足球俱樂部拒不支付 ，拒不執行中國足協仲裁委員會的裁決 。”
另外 ，北體大球員呂征此前也曾經多次通過社交媒體發生 ，討要薪水。
對此 ，中國足協相關人士接受了記者的采訪 ，相關人士表示 ：“足協仲裁委員會按工作規則進行案件受理和仲裁開庭 。在案件審理過程中 ，依據雙方提交的證據 、庭審陳述以及相關法律和行業規定作出判斷 ，並形成最終的裁決書 。”
對於拒不執行裁決的行為，勝訴人可以向足協紀律委員會投訴 ，目前 ，足協紀律委員會已就多起未執行裁決的案件發出限期執行通知 ，“如收到通知後30天內仍不執行裁決 ，將按照紀律準則規定 ，進一步作出罰款、扣分等處罰。已經有俱樂部因未執行裁決而受到了罰款的處罰 ，並最終完成了裁決 ，並交納了罰款 。”
具體到祝一帆的官司 ，有消息人士透露 ，足協已經發通知給南通支雲俱樂部，到4月2日仍舊不執行相關裁決的話 ，足協將對南通支雲進行追加處罰 。（搜狐體育 裴力）
