北京時間5月8日 ，巴托被发避内部审據英國媒體GOAL透露，梅乌西甲豪門巴塞羅那俱樂部近日發現了巴托梅烏時期為規避內部審核而簽訂的时期大量小額合同 。
拉波爾塔重掌巴塞羅那俱樂部之後，大量開始了對俱樂部財政狀況的小额现或詳細調查 。根據GOAL的合同核消息 ，工作人員在調查過程中，为规發現了俱樂部前主席巴托梅烏時期簽訂的巴托被发避内部审大量支付給供應商的合同非常奇怪 ，這些合同的梅乌金額都非常接近於20萬歐元但又不超過20萬歐元。據悉 ，时期這些合同的大量金額基本都在19.6萬 、19.8萬 、小额现或19.9萬歐元左右，合同核內容包含了董事會相關事務 、为规社群工作 、巴托被发避内部审法務服務 ，值得注意的是 ，合同中最多的是關於對諾坎普以及周邊地區進行返修的工程 。
根據巴塞羅那俱樂部在2018年製定的相關財務製度 ：金額小於20萬歐元的合同不需要內部委員會審核 ，金額超過20萬歐元的付款合同則需要由董事會下屬的委員會審批 ，金額超過100萬歐元的付款合同則需要董事會批準 。顯然，這次調查中發現的這些大量金額在20萬歐元以下的合同很可能是為了規避內部審核而簽訂的。實際上，此前在被曝光的公關門事件中，巴薩就是通過將總價接近100萬歐元的合同拆分成不到20萬歐元的數份合同的方式支付給公關公司服務費 。
GOAL透露 ，巴塞羅那的新董事會對於這些小額合同並不感到意外 ，這個發現早在他們的意料之中 。目前 ，巴薩已經啟動了對這些合同的調查程序，隨著調查的深入，或許還會有更多內幕被挖出來 。作為巴薩曆史上並不算受歡迎的主席 ，巴托梅烏或許這次算是攤上大事了。
