麵對浙江隊的比賽，是新帅秀稳休息國安新帥斯坦利接受球隊之後的首秀，荷蘭人到底能給球隊帶來什麽樣的斯坦變化值得期待，對於已經10天沒有比賽的利首林军國安來說 ，其實盡快找到勝利的为主節奏是現在球隊的首要任務 ，畢竟上輪不敵上海申花之後 ，后御球隊的变换排名已經滑落至積分榜的第9名 ，這顯然不是国安一個令人滿意的成績 。
一周前（27日） ，新帅秀稳休息國安官宣了斯坦利成為球隊新任主帥的斯坦消息 ，這也是利首林军這位荷蘭教頭時隔1年半之後再次重返球隊執教 ，隻不過之前他擔任的为主是預備隊（U21）主帥 ，而這次 ，后御他被直接“扶正”，变换執掌一線隊的国安教鞭 。對於他來說 ，現在球隊的困難不小 ，成績上的壓力是一方麵，另外一方麵來說 ，如何讓球隊踢出賞心悅目的比賽 ，也是荷蘭人需要去思考的問題 。
不過時間不等人 ，接連到來的比賽讓斯坦利不會有過於充足的時間去磨合陣容 ，他隻能一場場比賽和之後的訓練來一點點滲透自己的執教理念，好在過去一整周的時間 ，因為賽程的調整 ，國安得到了完整的休息備戰時間 ，這對於他和國安全隊來說 ，無疑都是個利好消息 。
俗話說“新官上任三把火” ，對於斯坦利來講亦是如此 ，他肯定希望能夠通過一場勝利來為自己的國安一線隊執教生涯開個好頭 ，但這場首秀，國安還應該以穩為主 ，畢竟之前幾場比賽 ，臨時主帥隋東亮剛剛為球隊打造了一個還算穩定的首發框架 ，如果荷蘭人能在此基礎上進行微調的話 ，沒準還真能收獲一個不錯的結果。
