這名英格蘭前鋒與維拉簽下了為期3年的签下合同 ，但是狮锋煞格什卖身钱俱樂部方麵並沒有公布這筆交易的轉會費數額 。
29歲的拉利英斯上賽季效力南安普頓 ，他為聖徒以及英格蘭共計攻入了14粒進球，已快並在這個夏天成功加盟阿斯頓維拉 ，花完成為這裏繼阿什利-楊 、维拉布恩迪亞 、官宣拜利之後的签下又一名重磅新援 。
維拉主帥迪恩-史密斯表示：“英斯是狮锋煞格什卖身钱一名出色的英超球員 ，無論在哪裏踢球，拉利他都能獲得進球 。已快”
“他同時也是花完一名優秀的職業球員 ，他將會是维拉我們球隊的領袖人物之一 ，也是我們隊伍中青年球員的榜樣 。我很高興可以歡迎他來到我們的俱樂部 。”
