4月底 ，票穆中超新賽季基本確定將在5月底6月初開始之後，附加海港俱樂部在嚴格遵守防疫要求的赛后前提下 ，組織一線隊球員在酒店集中隔離 ，归队並於5月8日集體乘坐飛機前往大連。海港
根據大連當地的已为伊世预赛防疫政策 ，18日正好是卡预海港隊抵連後在“足不出戶”的第10天 ，全隊當天進行了核酸檢測 。订飞的机
19日 ，中国在全員通過核酸檢測後 ，票穆球隊終於可以前往指定訓練場開始新賽季前最後的備戰 。
雖然現在距離新賽季中超開賽隻剩不到半個月的時間，但這對於賽季開始前缺乏係統訓練的海港隊來說 ，確實彌足珍貴 。由於中超第一階段（10輪）和第二階段（8輪）之間隻有幾天轉場的時間 ，等於如何備戰好本賽季前18輪的比賽就都隻能靠這十幾天了 。
19日的訓練於下午4點半開始 ，主教練萊科和他的外教團隊，以及張琳芃和徐新這兩位新援全部現身 。
據悉 ，從20日起 ，海港隊將會一直以一天兩練的節奏 ，分秒必爭地進行備戰 ，直到新賽季開賽 。
海港隊新賽季簽下的外援中鋒恩迪亞耶還在上海接受入境隔離 ，解除隔離後會第一時間前往大連與球隊會合 ，應該能夠趕上新賽季開賽 。
至於大家最關心的外援奧斯卡，根據海港俱樂部傳出的最新消息 ，他們已開始為巴西人預訂飛中國的機票 ，這位球隊核心也將會盡快歸隊 。而外援中場穆伊預計會在6月澳大利亞隊的世預賽附加賽後回到球隊 。
