冬窗開啟後 ，姆巴拒絕與巴黎續約的续约胁出姆巴佩度過了艱難的一天 。西班牙媒體《阿斯報》的巴黎壁画消息稱 ，在當地時間11日 ，遭威出生地邦迪地區的生地死亡姆巴佩的壁畫上出現了死亡威脅的塗鴉。
姆巴佩在2016-2017賽季火速崛起 ，惊现在那個賽季的涂鸦歐冠淘汰賽階段 ，他打入6個進球。姆巴也就是续约胁出在2017年的夏天 ，姆巴佩成為了諸多豪門球隊關注的巴黎壁画焦點 。但是遭威最終巴黎以租借外加1.8億歐元買斷的方式引進了姆巴佩 ，並與其簽訂了一份到2022年到期的生地死亡合同 。
過去的惊现一段時間 ，巴黎一直希望與姆巴佩續約 ，涂鸦但是姆巴姆巴佩一直予以了拒絕 ，他的目標很明確 ，就是要在今夏以自由身加盟皇馬 。而按照國際足聯的規則 ，在這個冬窗 ，姆巴佩就可以與未來東家進行轉會談判 。
但是就在1月11日，圍繞著姆巴佩不續約巴黎一事卻出現了兩件醜聞 。第一件事發生在推特上 ，一位名叫卡米爾的患有罕見病的女孩通過推特發表了一段請求姆巴佩續約巴黎的視頻。而這個視頻發表後幾分鍾 ，卡米爾就遭遇了網絡攻擊，姆巴佩作為當事人也對卡米爾進行了力挺，他在卡米爾的推特下方寫道：“我祝你新年快樂 ，我的小卡米爾 ，我希望像你一樣去戰鬥 ，你給我們上了一堂人生的課 。”
而在11日發生的第二件事是 ，在姆巴佩的出生地邦迪地區的街道上 ，一副有關姆巴佩的壁畫上出現了死亡威脅的塗鴉 。不明人士在壁畫上寫道 ：“姆巴佩，你必須死 。”媒體分析 ，這與姆巴佩不續約巴黎有很大的關係 。
