新華社成都1月9日電（記者公兵 、陈戌肖世堯 、源深业现陳地）中國足球協會第十一屆會員大會第二次會議9日在成都召開 。刻反快厘會議審議並表決通過了協會工作報告 、思中財務報告 、国足執委會成員變更報告，球事清主並吸收新疆生產建設兵團足協等三家協會入會 。状尽
中國足協主席陳戌源做了《中國足球協會工作報告》 。问题針對今年的陈戌工作計劃 ，他表示 ，源深业现一是刻反快厘繼續貫徹落實《中國足球改革發展總體方案》 ，深刻反思中國足球事業發展現狀 ，思中盡快厘清困擾中國足球發展的国足主要問題 。
二是球事清主促進職業聯賽和俱樂部健康發展 ，推動具有獨立社團法人資格的状尽中國職業足球俱樂部聯合會成立 ，積極推動完成職業俱樂部股權多元化改革 ，優化產業政策和市場收益分配機製 ，爭取在較短時間內實現職業俱樂部收支基本平衡 。
三是大力推動青少年足球發展和專業人才培養，會同體育總局、教育部共同抓好青少年足球發展工作，製定全國青少年足球發展規劃 ，進一步打通體教融合道路 。
四是加強國家隊建設與管理，按照國家隊備戰工作領導小組的指導意見 ，男足世預賽12強賽剩餘四場比賽、女足亞洲杯 、杭州亞運會 、2023年亞洲杯等大賽任務製定詳實、周密的參賽備戰和服務保障計劃，統籌抓好防疫情 、保備戰工作 ，全力爭取完成參賽目標 。
五是深化中國足協體製機製改革，推動會員協會發展 。六是以黨建為引領 ，加強協會建設。七是繼續做好亞洲杯籌備工作。
