北京時間12月3日 ，據《太陽報》報道 ，房梅巴黎巨星梅西的西斥這一周可能從輝煌走向毀滅 ，因為在周一令人驚訝的资兴执法第七次舉起金球獎獎杯後 ，現在的建酒他麵臨著一場“另類塌房”——他在巴塞羅那斥資2600萬鎊興建的MiM Sitges酒店麵臨被勒令拆除的風險 。
梅西所投資興建的店遭這家四星級的MiM Sitges酒店坐落在巴塞羅那 ，距離他的市政私人宅邸相去不遠。這家酒店是拆除梅西在2017年斥資2600萬鎊興建的，擁有77間客房 ，类塌勒令距離大海隻有100多英尺的房梅距離 ，是西斥名副其實的海景房 。
但是资兴执法，根據西班牙媒體《El Confidencial》報道 ，建酒該酒店目前正在等待法院下令拆除 。店遭他們就此詢問梅西及其團隊，市政但並沒有得到他們就此事所發表的意見或決定 。
一份新的報告指出 ，市政廳已經下令拆除該酒店 ，因為它並不符合建築規範 。
問題之一是陽台修建的太大了 ，但是整個建築的平衡也取決於它們 。如果陽台被縮小甚至拆除 ，可能會導致整棟建築物坍塌 。
另外一方麵，火災隱患的應急計劃也是非常令當局失望 。
改酒店共計擁有77間臥室 ，其中包括5間套房以及1間豪華套房，在旺季入住標間的價格大約是每晚105鎊 。
天台酒吧的特色服務令MiM Sitges酒店在當地脫穎而出 ，擁有遊泳池，還有奇妙的城市和海濱全景，以及大量的各色雞尾酒 。
該酒店還建有頂級的水療中心 ，包括正常洗浴中心的各種服務在內 。
事實上該酒店本應是當地標杆式建築 ，因為梅西的環保意識還是相當強的 。
MiM Sitges酒店是以可持續方式建造的 ，對環境相當的友好 ，其80%的建築材料都來自於建材回收和再利用 。
酒店還擁有收集淋浴廢水的水箱 ，經過過濾處理後 ，循環再利用於馬桶衝水和灌溉植物 。
